This recently completed brownfield development is located above a shopping centre in the very heart of Aylesbury town centre. It involved the conversion of four floors of redundant office space into fifty apartments. All internal walls were metal stud partitions with varying sound/fire rating and the ceilings M.F grid, all with plasterboard and skim finish. Externally we installed an insulated render system with thin coat render finish.

This prestigious development in rural Cambridgeshire, consists of 98 dwellings varying between two and five bedroom. The houses are drylined with metal stud partitions and skim finish.

This project involved two new office buildings for The Welding Institute upon a Science and Technology park just South of Cambridge. Here we installed 12,000 Sq/m of high spec' metal stud walls, with no fewer than ten different specified types of partition, all over 4000mm high.
